Highly recommend! The manager there is super sweet. Units are secure and in great condition. I'm using it for moving transition but considering getting a smaller unit when I'm done to use year round.

I recently visited NKC Attic Storage. In this day and age when you walk into a buisness, you tend to expect the fake smiles, attitudes, and business ethics. On my venture, I was astounded by the woman behind the desk! There, I met Barb, the facility manager at the location. Barb instantly reminded me of like a best friend's mom. She spoke with kindness, care, concern, and love. She was patient with my terrible new habit of running late due to having a 10 month old and a time span of 7 years between my older son and the baby. And on top of it all, she was scheduled for eye surgery the next day! I not only felt like she is an incredible employee but also an incredible person. She made me feel welcome, made me feel like I belonged and made me feel like we had been friends for years even though it was my first time meeting her. I recommend this location not only for your storeage needs, which they can accommodate, but also for their great staff.

My experiences with management at The Attic NKC have been very easy, quick, and completely laid back. I am renting my second unit from them. As most probably may be, I was concerned about a couple things and leaving my life in a cube for however long and what issues were to be expected. Right away was put to ease with not only the words he said, but his overall attitude and have had not a single issue rise. I visit my unit nearly daily without hassle and with a welcoming wave.

I haven't had to use a storage unit for several years and was very glad that the service and help here at Attic Storage was so good. The unit I had reserved ended up being too small and the ease in changing was so welcome. Very understanding and extremely helpful.

Very helpful. I think David is his name? He was helpful and I got in and out. I didn't have too many questions and he made sure to make me aware of the times I could access my unit. Also that he is on-site and it made me feel more secure.

Set a reservation on line, went in and received great costumer service. When I went back to make a drop found the unit clean and ready for use. The only thing is maybe some wd40 on the door it's a little sticky.
